Things to consider about Sam's as a good location...

  • Sam's parking lot is secured with a ten foot steel fence. Convenient access from Olympic Boulevard and McGarry Street.
  • Industrial area means less congestion and less noise during filming.
  • Plenty of off street parking for large trucks, etc.
  • All tables and chairs can be removed giving you plenty of room to maneuver any of your equipment.
  • Very little pictures, signs, etc. to cover or remove. This will save your crew lots time in your setting up and breaking down. You save $.
  • The interior of Sam's has a nice traditional warm feel to it. And the brick exterior is great!
